As a very quiet myself, when I'm in a bad mood I just want to be left alone. I know what helps me when I'm in a bad mood, and it's me left to think out my anger and frustrations in my own way. Yes I do value my alone time. Being alone allows me to be me, away from somebody else's personality judgments and input on me.

I always wear a mask when iam with someone. I always smile eventhough inside the mask im just depressed. And in our group there is someone that told to my best friend to stop the relationship with me cuz im quiet, i dont talk a lot, im not like the others wearing drippy clothes and i never had a girlfriend. But ofc my best friend didnt want that to happen bc we have a bond he may not be a quiet person like us but he understands what i am. We always helped each other on bringing things and even break ups. As long as i have him my anger for now is safe.

Anger comes full or not at all. It sucks when it’s all over, because then I isolate myself, hoping everything will be ok without doing or saying a word about the altercation to the involved. If they know you it usually ends the why you wanted or fair enough. I also want it gone never brought up, like it never happened. And silently forgive. No matter what they did or said. Even if they totally f’d me over and then some. I just want to keep moving while forgetting or covering it up totally. I’m done now. F off!

The title is misleading in saying "Extremely Angry". Introverts are quiet People who need time to think. Simple. Engage the mind before speaking. The last thing we want is any kind of trouble. The World is too busy. Slow down and take time to Breathe rather than just going off with no prior thought.
