Great explanation of peppers, I just started blending dried peppers for enchalada sauce, I will never use store bought again! I would love more videos! I love your approach!

yep! I grew up on home made Chile Sauce and whenever I go to restaurants you can taste metal if they used canned sauce. great thing is Chile Sauce freezes beautifully.
