It was lovely to see two different situations where people needed a slight push by seeing homes that almost fit their briefs but required them to think hard and long about their priorities and the possibilities. Hurray for Kirstie's and Phil's wisdom. They did not tightly confine themselves to the request lists and had different takes on how the clients could be satisfied by exploring around the edges of their briefs.

Strange how people are affected by noise. I love it, I know I’m alive. I have planes flying over and the train line is a few hundred metres away, the other side of the fence. When I’m dead I will have as much peace and quiet as I could want.

@@fluffycat2993 i sympathise, I have family who don’t Ike noise. I got used to planes flying overhead, my eldest son is a pilot and started flying when he was fifteen. well, I can see she gives out a negative vibe, but I guess it's normal to be picky when you are spending £1m and it's a forever house.
@blueice0113 ай бұрын
@@vanessaruiz4705 True. However, it's pretty much the same as being picky regarding a partner in life. People are picky or not ready for as long as the right person or property comes along. Then the pickiness is gone. Lisa fell in love with a house which wasn't meeting some of their deal breaking requirements, such as location (distance from schools) and accommodation for her mom. But she loved the house and went for it anyways. It's emotional purchase for many if not most people. Regardless rationality. When choosing a home, that special feeling needs to be there. It's a forever home for them. The boys won't be at local school or any school forever, nor would they stay at parental home forever. Her mom just the same. They should and they ultimately did opted for the house that's their ideal forever home, because they are the ones who would be living there.

Also, they are impractical, battery dies quickly when car is full of passengers, and some of them just burst into flames. And the amount of copper you'd need to create millions of charging points... just no.
