Thanks for your comparisons and thoughts on this line. You are saving me money, because I won't be buying any shades from this line (tempting as the colors are). I won't fall for Essie's marketing hype when I can get better results from my preferred brands/basecoats/topcoats.

I just bought that exact basecoat "Here to Stay" and its very thin, matte and very grippy! Essie " No chips " topcoat and "Second Shine " topcoat save my French manicure! Chips a bit but its stays on my nail tips and glassy glossy! Yay! UK 6.4.24 uk 🇬🇧

And I use Seche Vite Quick Dry topcoat but it does shrink from the edges. Grab Essence nail dry drops, polish dries within 1 minutes! And Elegant Touch nail dry polish! Gels now stay on my toes, gels don't chip on my toes! Essie is also economical! UK 🇬🇧 6.4.24

Hey guys... Watching this while I have breakfast lol. Ron, I agree with you about the color, you look better with the cooler greys. This one is bringing out the pink in your skin. I have a client who brings Essie polishes to do her nails and I absolutely adore the brush. They did it so much better than when OPI first did the wider brush. The Essie brush fits the cuticle area perfectly. Even on smaller nail beds. I think the left hand looks better after the 7 days. For sure shinier.

Had a load of Essie cheap. The Here Stay basecoat was good but shrinks and chips, the No Chips topcoat was good but shrinks, the Essie Blanc white mini polish shrank and smudged, it wouldn't dry! Trial & error. Really strengthened my bendy nails, only had a few minor broken nails in 8 weeks! So strong nails! Best tip thin your nail polish. Less BULKY layers means less lifting, easy? Also use a Acid free primer, YN Bonder is £25/$30, I use a good KINND primer. KINND quick dry topcoat is very strong, grippy durable, better than Seche Vite Quick Dry topcoat and SALLY HANSEN INSTA DRY CLEAR TOPCOAT, both of those latter ones shrank and chipped! I'm awaiting Zoya Armor Topcoat can't wait!,Trial & error! Gel polish go on my toes, last longer! UK 3.6.24 🇬🇧

I tried essie expressie air dry yesterday and I combined it with essie's gel setter top coat which also seemed to dry very fast. I don't know if you have tried the gel setter topcoat. Thank you for introducing me to essie expressie as I saw it first in your videos.
