Thanks for another spanish lesson ;-) The examples at the end of the video were well chosen. This tells anybody, even those who only want to play popular music: You need an adjustable microtonal guitar! One day we will find microtonal music in western charts. I hope this prophecy will come true.

@@microtonalguitar I am proud to tell you: In Erfurt, Germany, last weekend there was the so-called Katholikentag, an event organized mainly for catholics in Germany but with many invitees from different religions and regions of the world. And there was indeed microtonality during the mass! (I saw video recordings.) Microtonality is spreading.

Consejo:pon tu lengua alta pero curvada hacia afuera,de tal manera que la parte inferior(el lado de abajo) de la lengua toque el paladar antes de los dientes y sopla pero trata de fijarte en que vibre la punta de la lengua y poco más,hazlo unos minutos al día,esto sirve para pronunciar la R fuerte o RR yo antes casi como que gargareaba porque no me salía,este ejercicio me salio mucho,es lo que tienes que hacer al pronunciar la R solo que continuamente para que la lengua se acostumbre

Por mi, la pregunta es bastante; en qué situacion preferio los microtonos? Tocar con otros (banda) -> semitonos, tocar solo -> microtonos, porque es mucho mas armonioso. Apéndice: mi espanol es una calamidad... 🙂

To me the Bach part sounded out of tune but I do love the microtonal guitar and it's possibilities. If I remember well my father once fell highly in love with an optional microtonal f in flamenco which actualy might have been during a meeting with you since at the time you came to visit the Rotterdam Conservatory for some demonstrations. (I attended one of them during which I was allowed to play your beautiful 8 string guitar).
