Hey Travel Blog, yeah this is one of my favourite locations to shoot. Well spotted, yes this is the Zhiyun Weebill. I recently tested it out in New York and it’s great for run and gun filmmaking. The gimbal compacts down very small (fits easily in a small section of my backpack). I’d like to do a review soon but have more exciting videos planned first 👌🎥

How do you keep focus on a reveal shot of the foreground and background at the same time without the camera looking for the subject?
@underwaterHD4 жыл бұрын
Twizzian M you didn't ask me but im gonna share with you my experience when combining the push forward with the crane shot reveal. I did this with a cellphone which makes it even more difficult. Before i started the movement i locked the focus on my subject then i'd hide behind my foreground and reveal the subject. What made both the background and foreground to stay in focus is the trick of not to place your camera or cellphone to close to your foreground., once you start revealing the background, the foreground will look like you are moving faster and closer, since the background is larger than your foreground.
