Estate Sale Filled With

The listing for this #estatesale online looked amazing with so many #vintage toys! Although from the moment that we walked in the door we saw the outrageous prices (which were higher than what you’d find these pieces on eBay 😟)
Personally, our favorite kind of estate sales are the ones where nothing is staged, and nothing is priced. We’d like to get our hands dirty and search like an adult version of a treasure hunt. Since when all the items are priced and the seller is firm with pricing on everything it’s a big warning sign that they are not that motivated to sell.
✅ My biggest pro tip, is at most estate sales I’ll first gather all the items I’m interested in and from there will ask the seller if they are open to a bundle deal for all of the items. And 90% of the time that is how to get the BEST deals.
