Oh my gosh you are very back to normal, energy, voice, explanation of items. Unbelievable progress! Definitely wouldnt stress about forgetting a few words. Carry a notepad with you for those times you ask for directions or any request rather than stress about trying to remember details. Plus writing things down might register more with the the brain to remember, training the brain.
