Bombilla straw and tea gourd. I've seen many of these since I bought my first one. There are lots that are silver plated, some are .800 silver and other silver purities. I've seen some with gold filled mouthpieces and solid gold ones are possible too. Interesting pieces, but I'm a little skeptical on them.

Thanks for the info man, Ive never seen one before so i wasn't sure. The silver tested good its probably 800 silver like you said and the mouthpieces actual tested positive for 18k which i thought was neat. Appreciate your views and comment !

@@treasurefinder2887 It's used for tea. My friend used to always drink his matcha tea from one of them. The 'spoon' with the holes keep the bits of leaf from going up the straw. It's the strainer.

Question of buyer etiquette? Are you able to cherry pick. And verify the Jewlery markings before the purchase. Or do you just have to naked eye look at them. And take your chances. Also do sellers or other potential buyers Display or say anything about your screening process. Thank you. I am learning amazing information from your videos. What are the markings on the ring, if any? Something has me thinking it's more modern than it looks. Special ring either way. Whats up with the Movado? Did you get that in this haul or earlier? Thanks for sharing

No there are no hallmarks or anything on the ring. It tests positive for 10k gold and the small diamonds also tested positive. The guy said he got it from his grandpa and the man i bought it from was probably in his 50's so i know it has some age to it.

Yeah i got the movado about a year ago at an estate sale, I paid $700 for it which was a lot of money but it weighs a little under 70 grams so i was more than happy to pay the $700. i like the way it looks so i decided to just keep it and add it to my watch collection

That look like a "mate" tea cup, from Argentina.

The sterling straw with the gold top and sterling vup is from south america. Probably Paraguay or Uraguay. It is for a very strong tea or coffee that is made by the Russian Mennonites that emigrated there from the Ukraine just before and after the Russian Revolution. It is a drink unique to south america.
