Hey Estée! I’m a speech pathologist and work with patients who have trouble swallowing every single day. Pills are always a big issue. Some solutions include placing the pills whole in a spoonful of pudding or applesauce. If you still have trouble you can crush them and then places them in applesauce or pudding. These are some of the first things we do to help manage difficulties with pill swallowing. Hopefully that helps and I hope you feel better!

Last year I lost my cat . She was 15 and I had her since I was 7 so when she passed I didn't know what to do with myself because she was there for most of my life. My mum only weeks after wanted to adopt another cat and I felt like I wasn't ready, but a few months after I went to a pet store and saw a little kitten abandoned, only 20 days old. We adopted him and it was honestly the best thing we did. I cried like a baby the first few days because your heart just feels so warm and all that love you thought you'd never feel again and had gone with your little friend. Housing an animal is NEVER a bad decission, they'll be as grateful as you are!!!

I have to take loads of pills a day, try doing it the other way around: take a big mouthful of water, then slip the pill in, it's much easier to swallow because you can't feel where the pill is and it just feels like a big gulp of water! Hope you feel better soon! 😘

my tip is to take it with food! just chew on a piece of bread or banana or something and slide the pill in when you feel like you're ready to swallow. sadly this of course doesn't work when you have to take something on an empty stomach.

Every six weeks is definitely normal to upkeep colour like that. My mom has kept her hair blonde for years and that's how often she goes. Me on the other hand who does not colour it at all, I can get away with every 2-3 months before the ends start to look crispy and fluffy. Perhaps people who give you a hard time about going to the salon aren't going often enough themselves! lol 😂

I'm asthmatic and get that coughing fit often. What I do to prevent it is to have an insulated travel mug of hot tea or coffee and drink it when I feel the coughing fit coming on, also I keep a cough or throat lozenges in my purse. I hope you feel better soon!
