It was comforting to hear, that I am not alone with this „off“-feeling. I feel super anxious at the moment. I am tired but I cannot sleep. I have panic attacks and for the last few days I have this strange „sick-like“ feeling in my stomach. As if something is really wrong or something bad happened. I cannot explain it. But I‘m glad it is not just me. Of course I hope you, and all the rest of us, will be feeling better soon!🧡 Sending you love from Germany🧡

Your such a good momma, Effie is very lucky. I think we all as a collective universe have had our "bad" days of feeling off. Try not to stress so much over things that are out of your control and just accept things as they are for now. You can only control yourself and your immediate environment and do what you can in that regard. Hence, the cleaning, cooking and reorganizing binge that a lot of people are doing now. That Herbivore bath scrub looks magical.

About castor oil - I’ve been using this for years, and after first three months I got so many compliments about my eyelashes, people thought they were fake! It takes long time to grow them, because castor oil is natural product, but once you are dedicated to it, it will do wonders. Now I’m using it couple times per week just to keep them long and thick and I’ve never been more proud about my eyelashes! Good luck to you in growing yours 😘

Now you’re running more maybe try some guided muscle relaxation to help shake some of the anxiety cause when you run you’re simulating the physical symptoms of a panic attack which is good as it helps to get used to it but might help to relax a bit after. I struggled a bit when I started running more cause my body was telling me I should be anxious but I didn’t know what about! 😊👍🏻🧘🏼♀️

I love hearing you talk about getting into running! I used to love running but constantly got injured because I would do nothing for ages then push myself to run further than I should. I love hearing you talk about this safe and healthy slow introduction to running - it’s the best way to do it! Plus I think it’s great that people who have never run before will see that it doesn’t have to be scary - you don’t have to be running marathons right away... slow and steady wins the race eh 😉 love these vlogs, love to you and Effie xx

Estee castor oil is so bomb ive used it for years on my eyelashes! you have to be consistent, coat the lashes every night (as early in the evening as possible so you dont put it on then instantly wipe it off on your pillow lol) and you will see results, longer and thicker lashes in 2-3 weeks ! I dont do it always, but during a time like this is perfect!

For weeks now everytime I see Estée I wonder about that & have thought about asking as well...Because I remember how serious and strange it was (wasn't going away & she wasn't sure what was going on etc, had never had something like it before I think etc), or that's how she described it anyway...The symptoms seem to match (& if it was covid Estée was a real trooper handling it so well when maybe it was worse than she or doctors knew!!) It's true that some people had it at the end of last year even before we realized it was spreading all over the globe!! So, Estée, can you share your thoughts on this (if you don't mind of course)?

I rescued a feral dog and had similar issues. The behavioralist I worked with said that pooping puts dogs in a very vulnerable position so they might not do it out of fear. These vlogs are always so relaxing to watch. I'm not sure if it's a late 20s thing as much as it is a woman thing? The last time my boyfriend was over, a mysterious hole appeared in my sheets. 😅 He of course doesn't care, but I bought new ones and washed them and I felt like a new woman! There is nothing better than clean sheets!! I've also been mixing castor oil and jojoba oil on my scalp and doing a weekly scalp massage to strengthen my hair and I look forward to it now. I think it has made a big difference in my hair.
