My good buddy, an old Broadway veteran met her on the crosstown bus and he just knew she used to be in showbusiness and struck up a conversation with her, and she was so sweet that he looked her up on KZbin and had been pestering me to check her out for MONTHS and I finally remembered and here I am and ther she still is, thanks to film- Incredible and every bit as fab and gorgeous as Rogers, Powell, Miller and the rest. completely wonderful, Dammit!!!! A wonderful tapper, complete dancer.

Should have posted this comment years ago. I knew your aunt very well from TWA. Last saw her at the TWA reunion in 2012. Ever so elegant. Estelle meant a lot to us at TWA.

I wanted to mention more. My son became a dancer albeit he ended that pursuit when he was 18 and left NYC for University in Montreal but Estelle always gave me such insight while we worked together at TWA and when my son was just a small child starting out in dance. Estelle Sloan Manfredi was not only an amazing dancer but also a trusted co-worker and friend. Keep the videos of her online!

I just felt I should let everyone know- she passed away yesterday. But, we have this amazing solo of hers and many memories to remember her by. Rest in Peace, my dear Aunt Estelle.

She was my Aunt Estelle also.She was married to one of my father's brothers.She danced in our basement as we watched as kids

She is, like, 93 right now. She is my neighbor. By the way, her joints restirct her from doing macuh dancing - even five years ago. People who say that - you do not know what you are talking about.
