I mean he survived the Seal because Jaydens dad literally died 2 seconds later, he didnt have enough energy to even try to seal him away fully. He could only get in a little slash but not the whole symbol, making it much less effective. And by absorbing Dayus human half, he wasnt even affected by it the second time and could even avoid drying out. Otherwise he did literally nothing in the whole season.

Master Xandred has been sealled many times by previous Samurai Ranger Teams Red Rangers, and he returned every time. While it took the 18th/final Generation of Samurai Ranger a Megazord big Slash to Defeat Master Xandred once and far all.

I feel like ransik shoulda got a mention here. He was hella strong towards the end and according to Alex would of definitely killed wes and Eric. He also would of killed the rest of the rangers if not for his daughter. He also had a huge army by his side, and as seen in the last episode can really hold his own against all of the rangers. I was wondering if you were going to say Venjix, and lets all be honest here: He is hands down the strongest PR villain thatll ever exist. Caused an apocalypse, nearly wiped out all of humanity, almost enslaved humanity many times, and never truly got defeated in RPM. He was only "defeated" because Gem and Gemma literally made the control base fall and CRUSH him. He was still alive in the Red Rangers morpher for years, dormant and waiting to be reactivated. I like the twist in Beast Morphers where Evox was revealed to be Venjix, but the way he was defeated was sadly not the best way he couldve gone.

Also Sledge who towed Earth until the planet got swallowed by a black hole. And then there's Lord Drakkon from the comics who destroyed multiple universes. That's a lot of Earths. At least one of which he conquered.

Dark Specter? Sledge? I mean Dark Specter was so powerful that only a missile powerful enough to destroy a planet was able to kill him. And Sledge may be a little goofy but the Dino Charge Rangers had to throw him into the Sun in order to win against him.

It's also worth noting with Sledge that all the monsters on his ship were captured by him, implying he beat each of them beforehand. Plus destroying his old boss and towing the planet out of orbit. All this from a bounty hunter, not some sort of God-like demonic emporer of galaxies.

Dark Specter should have been included because he was the one who made Astronoma evil, almost destroyed the Earth with a meteor and was the source of the Psycho Rangers powers. It took a bomb built to destroy planets just to kill him. Plus, he was close to killing Zordon by draining his energy before Darkonda betrayed him. His invasion of the universe was what forced Zordon to make the ultimate sacrifice. He was the reason for the existence of some of the most dangerous "Power Rangers" villains, and the reason for Zordon's death.

The Master from mystic force isn't on here which is honestly a let down cause he's basically a dark god. Broken powers, can see the future, anything from his eye to his fangs basically becomes a legendary weapon, almost won if it wasn't for his minions betraying him, can absorb all forms of energy/magic (I think) as long as its not idk infinite basically, and was only beaten by his own ability turning against him because any other time he was faught he was so powerful that they had to seal him away.

Goldgoyle is pretty powerful, he survived the finishers, self destruct of the Rescue Megazord with Artillery Power and destroyed the Turbo Megazord, without even a scratch !

If we include Monsters of the Week(That's kind of what Goldoyle is, a very strong and Finale one), then I think Agrios counts too. Agrios was made of 3 treasures, that everyone in Operation Overdrive feared their combination, and once the thing was created, Flurious hinself states "This could mean the end of the universe as we know it!" And Agrios batters 3 Megazords in a row in his first round. The second round; he defeats 3 Megazords at once, but is stopped by the Battlefleet Zords. To die, he needed the combined powers of 19 Zords all using their Finishers to finally go down. Agrios might be the strongest Monster of the Week ever.

Yeah. Guy wrecked multiple planets, even destroying some with his ship. Even when the rangers beat his agents, Grumm often got something he wanted anyway. The only reason he didn't simply blow up Earth was because his boss Omni had plans requiring the little blue marble stay intact. Heck, during the second crossover with Dino Thunder, Grumm could honestly have stayed in the past and won against both teams if it weren't for him having to go do his previous conquests all over again.

The two greatest Power Ranger villains of all time, at least in my opinion, our Goldar and Deker. Rivals to the mighty Morphin red ranger and red samurai ranger. Sure, they dumbed down Goldar in later seasons of Power Rangers, but if they hadn’t, nor had he served under Rita Repulsa in lord Zedd anymore, Goldar would’ve been a tremendous villain and challenge for the Rangers

Also, that version of Tommy wasn't ever a good guy. Just a talented civilian who was brainwashed into evil and then convinced to rejoin his former master after refusing to join the heroes. It isn't his concern that alternate versions of him chose a different path.

Strongest Power Ranger villain sounds like an interesting topic. There's definitely a difference between power, skill, intelligence, and even successful. Dark Specter from In Space is definitely a heavy hitter being naturally larger than even the megazords and only lost to a planet destroying missile after having his energy drained to power, both as ploys by different treacherous villains. The Rangers didn't even touch him and he probably would have won if Astronema let the Psycho Rangers destroy them rather than prolong the conflict just to weaken him. And that's not even getting into his rule over the United Alliance of Evil, giving him at least 4 armies of both magical and technological forces. Ransik is worth mentioning for actually beating and even killing Rangers (at least in one timeline), only losing because he forfeit out of love for his daughter. And he's limited to Earth with only some robots, prisoners who have no loyalty to him, technology that is contemporary or privately built in his original time, and his own mutations from his DNA and a touch from Org spirits. Curious how far he'd have gotten if he or his daughter were more evil. There's also Lord Grumm who blew up a planet in his introduction andconquered multiple planets. He only didn't destroy Earth was because he had to steal supplies for something bigger, and could have conquered the past Earth with both SPD and Dino Thunder Rangers against him if it weren't explained that he'd need to conquer his previous conquests again. Sledge from Dino Charge is worth mentioning as he's just a space bounty hunter who caught every monster he sends after the Rangers, some of whom destroyed planets. In the end he betrays his boss/client for more power, rips the Earth out of orbit with his ship and some alien eggs he left behind, and only lost the planet when it got sucked into a black hole. And of course there's Lord Drakkon from the comics. He fought every Ranger team that existed at the time after conquering his Earth. Combined multiple powers and built an army of Ranger Sentries using the Morphing Grid. Waged war against multiple universes. Then he destroyed the multiverse. Every other villain before him was limited to galaxies at best.
