Never thought of sitting as such a Verb, but so true. Really worthwhile 60 minutes. Will be sharing it many who can use this.

felt like I received a great deal of information ..enjoyed learning to sit better for posture and to relieve pain..will be learning from next video .

Yes, there are times to sit. I think we can all agree on that. But the fact is that Americans "consume" far too much "sitting in chairs" so our bodies have adapted accordingly. We could certainly use more sitting on the floor as well as walking & other physical activity added to our movement diets.

She's super but the part about squatting doesn't make sense. Many people have been able to "regain" their deep squat, myself included.
