This touches my heart in so many ways. All my life, through various layers of trauma, I have managed to find refuge in my music and in other forms of creative expression. It allowed me to keep my sense of self around the resource of my creativity in spite of the narratives of worthlessness I was receiving in relationship. It was my way of surviving and keeping hope in the face of abuse. As I have strengthened my sense of self through creative expression, I have found this strength in turn provides the safety to heal the fragments, to bring movement to stagnant loops. Being in relation through song also heals me by filling my soul purpose. Thank you all, and bless you for the work you are doing.

I so wish I already knew how to contribute to the collective healing, other than taking responsibility for my individual healing of (ancestral) trauma. I so wish to find a path that doesn't require years and years of schooling or training in order to obtain necessary degrees and certificates. THANK YOU to everyone who HAS already found a path and IS contributing.

I think this podcast is so informative. I hope it can be listened to around the United States in these challenging times for it gives a place where people can understand what generational trauma is and what we as part of humanity can do. Through Esther and Jacks own experience and their experience as therapists one can see how each of us can participate in finding safe places to heal. So beautifully said and understandable.❤️

We need to start realizing we're not just a subject or object we are transjective. I'm not 2 but 1. 🙏🏼 Reframing the mind. Better science and a better life philosophy. Oh this will also help my biology 😂 🧬
