I just want to tell everyone that is trying to pass the written test is that simple. Study and be confident! It is not a big deal!!! It is just an exam with 110 tests. Be calm and do it. Everyone is very nice where you will take your test. They are there to help you. My school made a big deal and terrorized us about the test. It freaked me out. When I went there everyone was super nice, very professional!!! It is not difficult. Study and you will pass it. Don’t worry because there is no reason to worry about it. Go and get it done. Don’t wait after school to take it. I did waited and that was a mistake. Again it is not difficult. Study and passed it. A lot of about infection control, bacterias, virus, procedures to avoid contamination, hair structure, skin, disorders and diseases, products, advanced topic treatment, massage. They asked about massage called fulling??? I did not know about it. It is Petrissage. My school never said that was Petrissage. They will ask about blood exposure for sure…. Like I said it is not difficult. It is not easy but it is not difficult. English is not my first language and it did very well. If I can do it you can do it!!!

Guys I had to come back and comment on one of Yarys videos , i had taken the exam the first time and failed. I listened to all of these videos at the gym, going to work and when I had free time. I passed ! I’m so happy, these video definitely helped me out so much. I read some of the book and also used Quizlet and focused on the areas I lacked knowledge. My trouble area were scientific concepts. My test had a lot of questions about skin conditions, skin layers, products and infection control. And also make sure you study your states regulations as well. I was in Virginia and I got a 85. Good luck everyone! Hello there, so I passed my theory Written. Your videos are very helpful, I can see why you let us know to also study in the book. I also used Quizzlets I don’t know if I spelled that correctly, I will say I did not prefer that, but it does help. I also used the Esthetician app that U can get in the App Store for anybody who’s looking. I found the theory written to be very hard and I was surprised that I passed, but of course I was excited.. I take my written practical this coming Thursday afternoon I had to schedule them separately as they didn’t have time that week to do them together. Can you please tell me what videos to take for written Practical, I’m not clear on which ones are theory and which are practical. I will happily be donating to your mission when I start making money. You are very talented and I thank you so much for helping all of us.

do i have any hope to passing my esthetician exam ? i took it up to 12 times within 2018-2022 & still failed, is it worth it to still keep trying ? i don’t know what to do, i’m desperate & it seems like no one can help me . all i wanted to do is get passed my written exam, it’s been 5yrs since i graduated from Esthetician school with the lack of knowledge & im close to giving up again .

If it’s something you truly want to do and you are passionate about than even if it means taking the test 100 times until you pass, it’ll be worth it , do not give up, create a study schedule and start from the very beginning. Go to the esthetician playlist and listen to the theory information first all the chapters, I have tons of study guides that are short , followed by the practice questions and answers. You can and will pass but you have to have discipline and put in the time to study. 🍀🍀🫶🏼

Hi Do not give up, what you are going through it actually happens to many. Although it’s an additional expense and I honestly do not have much information over it but you can call psi and ask about translating the test for you if you are needing a different language other than (Spanish, Vietnamese) see what options they give you. 🍀🍀🍀
