I've had a full-body panel for 18 months and love it so much! It's excellent for rashes, scrapes, even skin tone, fading scars. I had a red, itchy rash across my chest after pulling a bunch of weeds in my garden. No benadryl or creams, just 10 minutes of red light therapy and it was entirely gone the next day.

Hi Cassandra. I’ve used my red light panel for the last 15 months. I am 58 years old and I have experienced all the benefits mentioned including my eyesight improving. Also all my oral health improved as well. Another thing is my eyebrows are much fuller. I love using it. I cannot explain calm and happy it feels after using it. I took a deep dive (of course) before selecting which panel to buy since there are a few things to consider. I found a book on Amazon that was extremely helpful in choosing a panel and treatment times. The book is The Ultimate Guide To Red Light Therapy: How to Use Red and Near-Infrared Light Therapy for Anti-Aging, Fat Loss, Muscle Gain, Performance, and Brain Optimization

I remember YEARS ago, I believe it was Neutrogena that came out with the red light face mask. It was like a 30 use disposable thing and kind of expensive considering you had to throw it away after it stopped working because you used it all up. Then they stopped making them and I didn't hear about it again. This was around the same time that a local tanning salon that I would go to got a Red Light Therapy bed, which is why I went since I don't need to go tanning. I would go for my skin issues, and it was so relaxing. I didn't hear about red light again until a couple years ago, which was SEVERAL years later. I wish I would've kept up with it throughout the years.

Whenever you get a cat scratch run to get it cleaned immediately with soap and water, apply an antiseptic and monitor for signs of infection. If not it could turn dangerously ugly, real ugly.

I wonder if red light therapy would help combat arthritis? Even if it just dulled the pain, that would be an improvement.

I love mySolawave and Megelin red light devices! The Megelin fits perfect over my back, shoulders, chest, stomach, rear etc. my Solawave for eye/ forehead area is absolutely wonderful, my eyes are brighter, glowing underneath and my forehead area is smoothing out. The Megelin and Solawave are fantastic products and they DO have the power mentioned! Please don’t knock them!

Hi Cassadra. I do have a smaller version for the upper body as I suffered from shoulder issues. I love to use it whenever I feel cold as it warms me from the deep. Muscles acing after sports gets better faster. For you gut issues. Have you got a lot of oral antibiotics for you acne? if yes get your gutteral bacteria checked. It could be that the balance in diversity and numbers are not on a positive side. The bacteria diversity in our gut is so so important and lactobacillus is not the one to cure it alone. There are about 100 dif.species known yet that should live in our gut to hold it in a healthy state (digesting good, get all nurrients we need, hold the mucosa healty and prevent cancer). And yes the skin can benefit too.

I bought project e before discovering your channel. I’ve never had an issue with it - it never shocked me and it doesn’t have those metal dots. I’m in the uk tho so maybe the ones sold over here are slightly better? I don’t know! Mine doesn’t say whitening on it tho. Altho when I lived in China it was hard to find skincare without whitening products in it - it’s just a preference they have. English roses would rather be tanned!

I have to wonder if the potential mood boost isn't more from the fact that you're taking a 10-20 minute brain break. Sitting in front of a light like that for that long could just be showing the benefits we've seen from meditation practices. With that in mind, it could be exceedingly more difficult to measure a psychological response specific to the red light because separating or isolating those responses from one another and other confounding variables would be difficult.

I've heard, from Dr. Idriss, it can effect melasma negatively, so I'm scared to try any sized device 😢
@StefanieMorgan-b3r

This is absolutely true. Dr. David Lim also discusses how the spectrums of light affect Melasma. I had my Melasma worsen within days and I am in a Melasma group with thousands of people who have had the same experience.
@SaraAshley116
@SaraAshley116 Күн бұрын
I thought she said it was the blue light for acne that was the issue for Melasma? Google “Blue light has recently been reported to lead to hyperpigmentation because it activates the production of melanin in your skin. Darkening can occur within 20 minutes of exposure while it also may lead to long term darkening, including melasma.”
@StefanieMorgan-b3r
@StefanieMorgan-b3r Күн бұрын
@@SaraAshley116 I know there have been studies on different spectrums of light exacerbating Melasma. NIR is one especially because it emits heat. Melasma is not only photo sensitive, but can also be vascular. Dr. Idriss actually had Melasma and I think for that reason is leery to recommend a device especially one that has risk involved for Melasma especially. It is such a tricky skin condition that I would not wish on my worst enemy. Hope that helps 🥰
