Do those formula entries work or 3D? Could you do a tutorial on the same but for 3D models?

Sorry so late responding to how you open PDF files with Navisworks you guys. The first are ways I noticed with the 2016 version. One is when starting a new project click on the application or the big N button in the upper left hand corner, click open, then navigate to the PDF file you need in the project. Another is to click on the view tab at the top, click the windows icon, scroll down and check the box for sheet browser. On the sheet browser pallet at the top right you have 3 tabs. You want to click the 3rd tab which imports sheets and models. Again all of these are with 2016 version. With 2015 and earlier you I first use Autodesk Design Review program to first open the sheets with that, then save the file as a dwf file. Then I open the file with Navisworks. There may be easier ways to do this but it works for me. Hope this helps

Thanks for the video Alvin. It was awesome.. In the end I was expecting you to export the estimation to an excel spreadsheet. Please make a video on the same. It will help all of us more.. Thanks.. keep up the great work.. Looking forward for your reply.

Why the "ceiling"? what does that mean?
@alvinbwilliams87473 жыл бұрын
Sorry Lesley NC for long time to respond. Ceiling or floor for that matter are functions to round up or down a number when computing a formula. Hope this helps and thanks for commenting.
