They sound like a traditional American father .Good job , I can see why the conflict even more , I wish I could say sorry to all the ones in the past who just tried to help but I took it as something else , and I can forgive them for being so frustrated with me because of my type , and their ignorance about it . They definitely sound like people you need on the team , good field leaders.

Could do, I've been focusing on MBTI-recognised concepts, but as Chase decided to appropriate quadras, maybe I should

Trying to type someone that I think could be LSE. Would you say an unhealthy LSE may be inclined to over manage other people to make sure things are done the “right” way?
@WorldSocionics9 ай бұрын
Yes. That is exactly what happens when they are ill-developed. They become much more able to give space and freedom as they grow from Se into Ne.

The person I’m thinking of does have a tendency to smoother things instead of delegating. How do I get them to stop?
@WorldSocionics9 ай бұрын
They have to realise this approach smothers potential growth of people and so ultimately doesn't work in line with their true values. They need to trust in the potential of others to grow through opportunity and them taking a step back.

I’m not sure sure that I’m an Estj- but I have always resented the idea that “it was never going to work”. To me that’s just hindsight bias with a pessimistic view. Now.. unlikely to work, is a different story!

Hello, Jack! What is your take on having MBTI and Socionics equivalence? Is it possible to have a different MBTI type and a different Sociotype (e.g. ESTP and LSE instead of SLE)?
@WorldSocionics6 ай бұрын
Different criteria will sometimes lead to different results. However, I don't think the MBTI types are logically coherent enough to really add value as a different result to the socionics result. Rather than say "I'm an ESTP LSE", I'd say "I'm an LSE and the MBTI misreads this as ESTP".
@yellaperida76966 ай бұрын
@@WorldSocionics Thank you for the response! I have been reading different takes re: this matter. Would the descriptions differ depending on if one uses Classical Socionics vs Western Socionics? I have talked to someone who mentioned that if, for example, I am LSE, I must be MBTI ESTJ according to Classical Socionics. However, another one who discusses Socionics stated that an MBTI ESTP may manifest as SLE, LSE, and LIE at times. I am quite confused, but am very open to learn more! Functions-wise, I deeply relate to Se>Ti>Fe>Ni of ESTP, but at the same time, I relate to LSE of Socionics
@WorldSocionics6 ай бұрын
Western Socionics is Classical Socionics, in fact, most forms of socionics are. It's approaches like Humanitarian Socionics that deviate from classical. Se+Ti in the MBTI world is defined inaccurately, leading it to read as rather similar to Socionics Te+Si. @@yellaperida7696
@yellaperida76966 ай бұрын
@@WorldSocionics Wow! That is so fascinating to learn. That mayhaps be the reason why I relate to Se>Ti of ESTP, then fall on LSE (Te+Si) on Socionics. Somebody said that if I am LSE, I must be MBTI ESTJ and it did not make sense

@johanvandenbussche4479 Жыл бұрын
I already tried convincing Jack, but in his decision making not to do so (yet ...) his extraverted feeling was powerless against his introverted thinking 😉 Good try though to call upon his hero function by framing it as an idea 😉 I'm sure one day the insight will come that it's confusing to have a great channel about Socionics (possibly the best yet) ... and not follow one of the fundamental rules of the system
