I liked the close up views of the plane. I flew on this airline from Tallinn to Gatwick. It was a nice flight. I was surprised we were served a meal for just a 3 hour flight.

They have LNAV armed while on the ground. It cannot be engaged as active on the ground. :-) So if that is what you mean, then you are 100% right! :-)

Why does the PNF always "backup" the movements of the thrust levers when PF or A/T sets T/O thrust? Is it because PNF will keep his hand on the thrust levers as soon as A/T disclutches so that he doesn't have to make a "long reach" to it? 3:13

The engine sound is there. The EGPWS voice (not ILS) is loud for to reasons: one so it would be clear for the crew, and two, so the CVR records the audio.

I don't remember but this is in taxi checlist or before takeoff. Setting AT without speed selector doesn't do anything.
