I don’t own any premium bibles but I love the understated look of this Bible and the fact you don’t have to be too careful with it!

Yeah. That is kind of freeing for sure.

I really appreciate your honest review when you say you don't see the hype. I feel that all my leather bibles age well and show similar unique wear marks. This is a beautiful bible, but I feel like ALL bibles are meant to be worn out

Great review thanks for sharing. One idea that might be cool is to take a pic of the cover every day then after a year show the progress of the Bible’s ware over a years time. Just an idea. Blessings

I feel like you could have talked about this for at least another 25 seconds. 😂 Then again, my entire video is only 15 seconds, so never mind. It's interesting how different Horweens respond and wear differently. My Legacy wrinkled like a raisin, in a good way. My Omega is more stubborn. I agree with pretty much everything you said in this video. Good stuff as always. Cheers.

Yep. I like how mine is doing though. I’m just gonna let it do it’s thang for the rest of its life.

Great video Tim. Really interesting. I don't get the Horween hype either. Would love to know which Bibles *are* your favourites!

With each fold I felt pain deep in my soul. it's good to see that it can withstand harsh use, but man, that didn't feel good hahaha

Here is a video showing how I didn’t it on my Topaz. Pretty much the same process on any bible. kzbin.info/www/bejne/o5K4pYWCjbSlZ5I

Hmm. It seems that YT unsubscribed me. That's not cool. Remedied that and rang your bell for good measure.

I could never abuse a $300 Bible like that. Quite frankly, I would never be able to abuse a $30 Bible, either.

You aren’t really abusing it, you are training it. That leather is intended to be broken in. It is made for shoes.

I'm a fan of letting Bibles wear in naturally. Of course, I am not a Bible reviewer, either...

I agree. The regret settled in. I’ve not done this again. But, to your point, it did make for a good informative video.

Dont you want it to age naturally. Its a bible not a toy.

After experiencing Horween for a while yes, but for the purpose of this video I wanted people to see what would happen if you manipulated it.
