what is the best mdt/cad for this script that is not a monthly subscription

We used ps-mdt by project sloth....it's full integrated with the game and fully free and open source. Plus it has separate cad/mdt for police, EMS, and DOJ (lawyers and judges) but that all pull from the same data set

There's no clothing included in the script, but there are a bunch of judge robes out there. We bought ours from a guy, but he's disappeared...lol
