This video show a Flyby with a bright white Flash located at the tip of Draco's front elbow and right next to Eta Ursa Minoris in Ursa Minor/The Little Dipper. This footage was recorded in Arbor Vitae, Wisconsin, August 26, 2023 during the 5th annual Big Arb Contact Modalities Tour. Approximately 30 people meet once a year to connect with extra terrestrial (ET) and extra dimensional (ED) beings and other higher forms of consciousness through meditation/CE-5, also known as Human Cognitive Interface or Human Initiated Contact with Non-Human Intelligence. We do this to advance humanity's relationship with ETs/EDs in peaceful and loving ways. We seek to unite humanity in peace with each other and with all life in the cosmos.
