I do wonder if the cast did have a really bad time filming this one, Peter Weller never mentions about this one at all, only about the 1st film. His onscreen partner said she had right nightmare of a time with the director and changing plots etc.

Peter Weller was cast as "Admiral Marcus" in Star Trek Into Darkness(2012). There's a 1991 interview with Irvin Kershner where he talks about RoboCop 2(1990). He claims that children like "Hob" have "no values", They'll mug you with a shotgun!

Peter unfortunately was fooling himself. The movie is disastrous mainly for the inclusion of that bratty kid whose more suitable in a Scorsese movie or something cause this is supposed to be dealing with adults fighting only.

Marty Keaton Robocop 1 and 2 are classics that cannot be replicated today as is already evident. They can be watched again by people today and still be enjoyed a timeless set of films.

2 is nowhere near as good as 1 and it has issues just like all movies do even 1 has a few issues. I personally did not like the kid and I think they messed up his story but Peter Weller was awesome as usual. I like the film for the good things in it which for me outweigh the bad. Just having Peter Weller in it makes it better for me, I can watch anything with him in it since he plays the roles very well. There was also growth in the Robocop character something I thought would not happen, he went to the next level and told his family to move on. The action wasn't too bad either and so I enjoyed the movie and I still enjoy it watching it now. Granted I fast forward it at parts but the movie as a whole when it ends with his one liner makes me satisfied.

Kurosaki Ichigo It makes no sense that OCP would get crooks to use for that machine since Robo was successful due to being good. Plus that Magnavolt commercial is worthless, due to Directive 3. I also think it's foolish for Lewis to call him Murphy in public cause it could endanger his family. Speaking of his family, going back to the last thing he said about them in the first movie, I think it would've been better if he just say them perhaps outta nowhere while rescuing his son at his school or something.

Not sure what you mean by Lewis calling his name and his family since it is public knowledge he is Alex J Murphy and he tells them to move on in 2, if you watched both movies you would know. If you do not like the film that's fine but please try to provide actual faults. Let me help you out..the whole Cain/corrupt OCP story line was a mess and was not well executed. Also you do understand this is a satirical film right.
