There was an update of those watches under the et481 and et581. The watches look a bit different but the software looks the same.

I turned off the always on feature. With it on the battery lasts 4 days, off the battery lasts up to 8 days.

Press and hold in the middle of the watch face. Then it will get smaller and then you can swipe left and right to look at other options. There are also more than can be downloaded and synched to the watch via the app.

The accuracy of the blood pressure monitor is laughable! The rest of the watch I will check the accuracy when I have my blood tested electrolytes triglycerides and things like that. I don't have much hope for this watch. Be careful what you buy.
