Hello I appreciate your work very much. I am a fairly new ESL middle-school teacher. I see a lot of videos that encourage clear expectations and consequences. Could you direct me to one of your videos that gives the different consequences to different behaviors? Mostly when it comes to chatter. Also, do you have a strict no talking in class policy other than group work? It seems harder and harder to enforce these days. I let them talk but not when I am talking or someone is presenting. But that can get tricky as well. Thank you!
