There're some great videos on your channel. I'm a mechanical engineering student and I find these videos more helpful than my classes, considering same subjects. They fit into anybody's attention span and are presented in layman's terms (more or less), both of which are good qualities for a presentation.

Matthias Pleil I just want to strongly reiterate Uthael's comment. I am an electrical engineering student and these videos are just great. I hope you try MOOC as soon as possible because I believe you guys are really good teachers and I would love to learn from you . Besides these videos, what other resources do you recommend to learn about MEMS?

Great video. Do you have any idea of how to remove silicon dioxide from IC surface without damaging aluminium underneath? And what about silicon nitride? Thanks in advance.
