I don't really pay attention to "Meta" when building loadouts, but this list is no surprise, and no surprise I am using the ones on the list I have. I do expect some nerfs to some of them, but who knows when that will happen.

Step 1) gain access to the Echoes episode if you don’t already Step 2) do the activities from said episode until you get all the patterns

Do Episode Echoes activities (episode prior to Revenant) to farm echoes engrams. Then, focus engrams from Failsafe in the H.E.L.M for lost signal red borders.
