Awesome video! I tried hunting Dialga in USUM like seven years ago, and got no luck. Then I did DA runs for it last year, and got it after around 321 encounters. Came back to the USUM Dialga hunt a month or two ago after I got a shiny Guzzlord, and I got it in 20 encounters!

On August 1st this year i obtained shiny dialga full odds (pretty much i used super luck abol whatever that does idk) in 407 brilliant diamond resets and have been on and off hunting regice since. Good Luck!

I hunted the entire Creation trio back in 2023, though had been after Arceus since it was made available. Got Arceus in early July, and Dialga in I think September, I actually hunted Dialga in Platinum, so full 1/8192 odds. Timer Ball because it matches Dialga regardless of it being a different colour due to its theme. It’s a full VGC competitive set designed to be able to operate both in and out of Trick Room, and it has ALL the ribbons it can possibly have.

Wassup Radiant! Wanted to let you know that you actually CAN get your Shiny Dialga-AKA Nickel-to be displayed in a Strange Ball, though it's a bit brief/specific. You'll wanna transfer Nickel into your PLA boxes in HOME, from which its Timer Ball will turn into a Strange Ball! You can see it closer if you look at his HOME Summary screen too! You can do that for other mons that look good in Strange Balls, like shiny Shaymin, Manaphy, etc. As a fellow competitive Shiny Living Dex hunter, your videos help a lot to motivate me during droughts (watched your UB video several times after I SR'd over shiny Poipole 🙃). Matching Pokéballs is also a requirement for me because of my OCD (which I plan to make my own video on). All that said, thank you so much for the content fam! Edit: Correction/clarification.

Just cause dialga’s shiny locked in PLA doesn’t mean you couldn’t transfer it over when it was still up. I’ve seen Nokimon transfer shinies from BDSP that are shiny locked in PLA

I think they would have wanted it to have a Strange Ball outside PLA - not in PLA only (hence the comment about the PLA lock). You're correct in saying it can be transferred in but I don't *think* they were contesting that fact. Just pointing out how it's a bit disappointing it can't be hunted there because it would show a perfect Strange Ball in almost all Pokémon games instead of just the one
