I stopped using a robo-advisor a few years ago and am full self-directed now. But still think robo-advisors are a great option for many investors especially beginners and people looking to be more hands-off with their investments.

This is me. Haha! I opened a Wealthsimple account put a couple hundred bucks in and bought 1-2 shares of VXC, XEQT, XIU, and XUS. I was like, that was fun... but now I better figure out what I'm really doing before I go any further. Haha.

Make a plan, keep it simple, and honestly like I say in the video, a great option is asset allocation ETFs.

Unlikely. I'm personally not a fan of dividend investing and like to stick to index investing. But boy are there a ton of other channels that love to talk dividend investing haha. Just not really my thing.

@@jessicamoorhouse I understand. I'm a pretty simple guy when it comes to investing...I like to enjoy life instead of thinking about it. 90% of my invested money goes into VEQT. My emergency fund is into CMR. 5 % goes into fun ETF's such as VDY or VRE. 5% goes into individual stocks just for fun...
