Just to confirm, does ROF limit apply to Semi Uncapped? Or since it's Uncapped it ignores the ROF limit?

He's changing the marker settings, in the example here he's setting the firing mode to PSP Ramping, with the Rate of Fire to 11.5 balls per second.

How do you go from semi uncapped to capped? How does the gun come out stock?

I’m getting this gun hopefully today after work if I can pray to GOD get off in time so this will help me out because I want to set this thing in capped semi auto mode to about 8.5 to 9 BPS (balls per second) so I don’t light anyone up more than I need to.

It's not a matter of "better", but a matter of what your field/tournament uses. If you're just playing rec ball, stick to semi so you're not pointlessly wasting paint. If you're playing tournament, use whatever fire mode and whatever BPS cap your tournament requires. Most use WPBO Ramping (NXL or Millennium), although there are still some that use PSP Ramping.

now my field monitors the BPS, so i would i be better off programing it to semi 15.0 and then adjusting it to the appropriate bps?

My gun flashes blue indicating that there is a ball in the chamber and ready to fire I press the trigger but nothing shoots

If you're not in programing mode it means the eye dosen't detect any paintballs so it won't shoot.
