I love imagining pre-conviction Blackquill as this sweet office peacekeeper, especially with how Athena described him. I also like to imagine that the offices were soundproofed because Simon and Klavier were office neighbors. Simon couldn't think with Klavier's loud music, so he'd go and work outside or at the Space Center instead of in his office, so few knew where to find him. This is even funnier when you imagine that they relied on Simon as a peacekeeper when so many of the prosecutors were so intense.
