It is a very nice home with wonderful amount of space, I can only imagine how amazing it probably looked originally. That small room with the wood does look very warm and cozy! The basement was was a little creepy to me! The exterior is awesome, thanks for showing it! Another great find and explore!😎🤟✌️

This was quite a cool house. Love split levels. Don’t think I would have opened up the whole main level. I would have kept the kitchen somewhat closed except maybe open to the dining room and wouldn’t have gone so modern but kept to the original aesthetic. Love the big sunroom and the big room with fireplace. The master bedroom I would rather have closets. Love the cozy office room. Would be neat to have a cozy reading corner in there. The chandeliers matched everywhere. . Would have like to see them all lit up. Another loss and waste for this one to be demo’d. I cringe to think of the landscape in about ten years time with nothing but townhouses and large homes packed into small areas. Thanks for another cool house Ethan. Take care be well and stay safe.

when Carlo showed you the wood panels to the hidden doors they very hard to see but the whole house was lovely to look at the split level was cool the back yard was huge but what a shame to see it get demolish but Ethan thank you for another great video looking forward to see you in the next video

I deliver disability aids to people and yesterday I delivered a recliner chair and this elderly couples house, wow, it was like stepping back into an early 90s modern home with the original layout and all original furniture that was modern and expensive for the time and of course a VCR player to top it off. And i thought "Ethan would definitely appreciate this house.

Poor design aside, I'm beyond shocked! Any house that I've even seen that Orientals have lived in the house is usually FILTHY! Junk and clutter everywhere, kids writing on the walls, kitchen covered in grease and a stoves, ovens, and cooktops, hood vents, that are so dirty they have to be thrown out because there is NO cleaning that mess. Bathrooms, not just the tub and shower stalls but the ENTIRE bathroom are utterly disgusting! I have a very close friend that owns about 60 apartment buildings and I've been with him when he does "walk throughs" after people move out and I'm not lying about this at all because I've seen it with my own eyes. I'm sure they all aren't like that but from what I've seen it appears most of them are. Also my friend isn't a "slum lord" by any stretch of the imagination in case someone wants to chime in as his properties are fully up to code and his property managers are probably OCD because the elevators, stairwells, hallways are SPOTLESS. They even polish the mailboxes and chrome garbage shoot doors. All of that aside, I hate that stupid T Dot is tearing down all of these houses to welcome the WEF where "You will own nothing and be happy" is the motto and we can all thank our pos PM Justine Trudeau for #1 bringing in more immigrants than we clearly don't have enough housing or JOBS for them, and #2 for being a Globalist POS along with that reeeT@rd Christia Freeland (Her grandfather was a knot see working with the SS in WW2, Look it up). Canada is going to hell in a hand basket quick, fast, and in a hurry, and soon NOBODY will ever own a house again...just crappy Pre-Fab apartments like back in the USSR circa 1948-1991. All I can say is that Trudeau got his Commie genes from his father Castro from Cuba, and his Mother's genes of mental illness along with an unquenchable thirst for men. Everything I just wrote has allegedly attached it it By The Way.
