Oh yeah, definitely. It’s a song that jarringly rips you open and just… stays with you, it quite literally screams it’s most vulnerable moments. Listening to this song is almost like metaphorically ripping off scabs to the point you bleed, it’s horrifying and stings and yet it’s cathartic, I’d say. If that makes sense lol I definitely recommend checking out some of her other songs as well! She’s definitely a super talented artist who has a way with words.

I felt it needed a warning because the song alludes to cannibalism, manipulation and sexual assault and can be triggering for people going into the song blind, better safe than sorry. This song can be harder for one person to sit through and not really affect another, but at least giving a heads up that this song has the *potential* to trigger bad feelings is better than not doing so. Though I know this song has brought a lot of survivors comfort in its own way, it’s also caused harm to people in bad mindsets and made it worse because they didn’t know what to expect. By giving a warning, I hope to at least make people give pause and think about if they’re in a good enough headspace to hear the song.
