In my view Meditation is not simply sitting quietly at some hill top. It is a process to go inside of you and be away from all the noise of your mind. It is way to know thyself. I had been at Kasar Devi in September, 2021 and thoroughly enjoyed. It is a wonderful place.

I am a meditation coach and believe me first step is not necessarily concentration, result is concentration… do an art of living basic program, then meditation would be a cake walk…… video is wholesome, loved cinematography… please show more and more of India… ppl go to foreign countries but no land contain the magic that mystical india has❤

You know why I am a ETHEREAL Fan ? Because... Ayush sir's trial for meditating and then getting failed at first was definitely not a planned thing, he filmed what was happened really with him, then why it happened with him he showed us in the end of video with a spectacular example... I wouldn't know it was lack of patience in the first trail... And then connecting all this into the end with that example. I mean the connection of stories you tell is the key. That's why I am fan. No words sir... All hats off to this.

Yes meditation requires patience but other important thing is cessation of desires. When a person sits in meditation with lots of expection it's natural that the feeling of failure comes because it is really tough for a normal person to meditate continuously without deviation only the perfected ones can do it whenever and wherever they want. So practice without expectations and patience are important.It takes time and dedication to understand this subtle science. :-)

I’ve been there too. You can only feel the magic of this place after going there by yourself. There is a beautiful and small temple also which is called kasar devi temple. Seriously the video shows the place perfectly and tempting me to visit again.

meditation and concentration are being fully aware it's not getting indulged into something and being unaware. Those shutter sounds of camera birds chirping and bells tolling in the temples..listen to them try to listen to every detailed sound around you and practice remembering them serially. Hope you have a great meditation experience.

Yes please call Hindu culture as "Indian mysticism". These are all just labels because people view and frame Indian civilizational heritage, history and knowledge through the corrupted western concept of "religion" and made further religions out of them as the diversity of thoughts and inclusiveness didn't fit into the framework of religion. Keep labelling things and keep corrupting them by using invalid English vocabulary devoid of similar concepts. No wonder humans are becoming more unconscious as time goes by. I hope that India's soul and its spiritual traditions survives and becomes mainstream without getting bombarded with more labels. Humans are busy in defining and directing non-material things rather than experiencing or learning. Beautiful video and efforts, at least there are many in this generation who are curious about such things.
