Thank you for sharing, I learned a lot from you, Imama, especially on how to perfect in making injera. I think ful would taste better if you saute the onions and garlic first with olive oil, add the ful and let it cook for a few minutes and make a side tomato salad ( salsa) on the side with boiled eggs. Also can cooked ful is available in middle eastern stores to save time in boiling ful at home.

Minced garlic, chopped yellow onion, olive oil, chopped jalapeno/ serrano peppers, salt, soaked flava beans, and dry flava beans. She has lemon juice, and homemade mustard sauce in the little cups.
