During the Menachem Begin Era, about 7000 came in the early 1980s. Another 8000 came during Operations Moses and Joshua in early 1985. And the largest influx was during Op. Solomon and Sheba in 1991, about 13,000.... Perhaps you have heard of the Queen of Sheba. She was from Ethiopia, not Rwanda. She is the reason why there were Jews in Ethiopia 3000 years ago.
