ETHIX New S3 🍉Propellers - HOW GOOD Are They ??

Hey everyone !!
I finally got my hands on these news S3 ETHiX Props by HQProp. I was super excited to try them and I am glad I did.
I hope this video answers some of your question, the start might be slow but it was a chill Saturday and I enjoyed taking my time to maintain my quad, put these props on too and talk about some FPV stuff.

The theory of steele and snake flying 4.3 is so they have better throttle resolution. You do have to throw the throttle more, but you have more throttle in between crazy and controlled, giving you more control. Also, from what I've seen, the stiffer props give less prop noise as the edges of the props don't flutter in turbulence. These are the theories at least. They don't always work in the real world, and you find that sweet spot thru testing. Good review! Keep it up! Cheers!

Thank you as I have been wondering about these props actually. I usually fly V1s or Cyclone 5046. So these have been on my list to try. Keep up the great work and so jelly of that warm weather as it is cold here now. Need to just bring the family there for US winters :)

Great review, it's difficult to 'see' the difference from your regular flights, but I trust your word when you say these have less punch, even though they have the power for a good flight. You're looking great, and it's nice to see the sun shines somewhere; it's overcast, stormy, and wintry here in Canada. Thanks for sharing. :)

Great video Noellie! Especially like the first (talking) part with the motor sounds. I'm still relatively new to all this and can pick up more technique tips from the motors than a stick cam. I've been using DAL 5046 for a while, but am going to try some Windancer (Gemfan) 5x4.3 props, and I'll check out the HQ 5x4.5 versions. Fun review and great flying as usual!..

Cool video . I used to fly 50.45 now my fave is 50.51 super thin tri blade. But I've got a plethora if props . Still haven't flown the tmotor props yet . Got a couple of those around aswell

Just received my parcel of newbeedrone products I purchased from a store in Melbourne . 1 pink cockroach frame, 1 Newbeedrone landing pad and 1 set of gold motors. Imagine my surprise when it said on the business card, Served by Onigiri Happy flying. Thanks arrived on the gold coast , very fast . Never thought I would like the pink but matched with yellow props it looks awesome.

Nice video, sweet flight. I flew these on 4s and 6s. On 4s If you doing floaty slow stuff you can notice the power not as much there. But if your aggressive and react fast they feel they have a load power behind them. But I have to say these props on 6s are fucking awesome!

Hey Onigiri 😃 Great Video as always 👌🏻 I felt like you about them. I flew them today for the first time, before I flew also the 4.3 hq until I had a bad batch v1s and they killed all my Holiday Videos, then I tried the T-Motor Props I love them, today I flew one pack with the Ts and after them with the Watermelon 👍🏻 the are really precise, efficient I couldn't say really because it was quite cold outside 🙈, the Pitch could really be a bit more 👍🏻 , I had some light jello at some points where i never had with the Ts but it is okay not that bad. I would say I like them so far they are really smooth also, and the biggest point for me the felt like the Ts in weight, but they are massively directer like them. Ah I flew the Melons on my 4s Rooster with some F40ii Pro 2400kv 👍🏻. Have fun 🍻❤️

New mold 3:20 noooooope Flexibility is due to 2 main factors : - material (there are many many different materials even if you only speak about PC) - design (of course if the pitch or whatever is different... Great video! Nice flying! I want to try them s3 soon as well. You mentioned that you fly 4.5 a lot, have you ever had crazy bounceback issues? I can't get rid of my bounceback on either KISS V2 och betaf. I'm currently trying out HQ 5x4.5x3 V3 but can't for the life of me get rid of bounceback! Again keep up the great work u are great! HQ also has 5.1x4.1x3 props. Try them. They are amazing!. My favorite props were the Dalprop cyclone 5046 the 5.1x4.1x3 are now my favorites by far. Same grippy feel and great control but also allow for that punch when you need it

I just tried 5051s and my brain exploded a little (on 4s). I think if I go to 6s maybe backing down to the lower pitch would work for me. Cool flying!

I just received my (4) sets and I’m only 1.75 yrs in but I didn’t notice a difference between my previous props but I’m not the best pilot. Don’t get me wrong I can kinda rip but still couldn’t notice much of a difference but I do like the color scheme and the fact that Steele likes them:)

Sorry but I'll stick to my azure 5140. If you havent tryed them it's a must. Not sure why not more ppl use the azure, when they make a prop it's always good bc they dont try and make a bunch of different pitch. They use what works best in there windtunnel and testing.
