My grandmother, who was Ukrainian, always used to say in such cases, and it's still said in Ukraine, the proverb "На смерть і родини немає години." It means you never know when you'll die, and you can't predict when you'll be born. Like "There is no right time for death or birth." It suggests that there is no such thing as the perfect or appropriate moment-things just happen when they do.

Oh my God, this is so our families funerals everytime. But with some yelling or a fight or two. I mean i have 14 aunts & uncles on one side w/over 40 cousins. Plus great aunts, great uncles, great everything. I have always found i seat in the back to watch whatever goes down...😂💥🤣💥
