On the other hand, South Asians are made up of 3 ancient populations: the peoples of the Indus Valley Civilization (IVC), the Steppe Herders (ANI), and the Hunter-Gatherers (AASI). Some people even have Austronesian (originally from Taiwan). IVC people are the main contributors to AS genetics (30% to 90%). They are essentially ancient Iranians related to the Elamites (main component of present-day Iran). Surprisingly, steppe ancestry is relatively lower in modern Iran than in South Asia. Tbh, I've never seen a person from Iran who looks "white", they all look like middle eastern people to me. South-central Asians (some Afghans), Himalayan peoples (Pakistan and northern India) & some Brahmins retained their steppe indo European ancestry than other parts of Asia…

Tajiks are native, the North Western part of Pakistan was part of Khorasan and the North of Pakistan used to be part of the Samanid Tajik empire. There are also some Eastern Iranics like Wakhis that are considered Tajik. Hazaras have also been living here for hundreds of years and they are native to the region. There are no properly Arab people, but many Pakistanis have Arab ancestry.

Some misinformation in this video. 1.Most sindhis didn't migrate to India.. there are alittle less than 3 million sindhis in india whose parents/grandparents migrated from pakistan. Those who migrated were hindu sindhis and not muslim sindhi. In Pakistan there are more than 30 million sindhis majority muslim, and about 3-7 million of them are hindu sindhis still living in sindh... 2. There are 110 million punjabis in pakistan and not only 92 million 3. There are around 12 million balochs in Pakistan and not only 6 million..6 million balochs live in balochistan province in pakistan, but the other 6 million live in sindh.
