how do you make these thumbnails?

i usually take a screenshot with bsl shaders, then i import the images into a program called getpaint.net or adobe photoshop (depending on the thumbnail) then i use those programs along with whatever fonts (this one is super mario 64 found on dafont) then i export to a png and ding! For the minecraft characters i use a program called mine-imator :)
