long story incoming: a brother was telling me he was questioning Islam (i can’t recall the full story but i remember he said his mother got beaten for using her left hand instead of her right hand, so there was clearly a culture being taken as religion issue) and while we were talking about it, he sent me a video from a KZbinr that explained their journey from Christianity to Atheism. one of the KZbinr’s points of not believing in Islam was because he met this woman that hated her husband and wearing hijab, and could only convince her parents to let her divorce him after she started self-harming. she was also a scientist and told him that she did research on the human hand how it evolved from apes’ and when he (the KZbinr) commended her on it, she said something along the lines of how Islam didn’t believe in this kind of thing or her Islamic family didn’t like her work. it kinda seemed like he (the KZbinr) thought Islam used to be innocent but couldn’t believe in it because of the experiences he had with that woman. to me, it seemed like both of them (the brother and the KZbinr) may believe that Islam allows mistreatment of women when it’s quite the opposite, and/or confused abuse brought about by culture as being from religion. there were a few other points he (the brother) had like “do you really think disbelievers deserve hell for eternity?”, and i tried my best to explain to him everything, but i myself was very young at the time and lacked so much Islamic knowledge. i think i still have a lot to learn even today anyway, the whole point of my comment was that i feel bad for Muslims that were born into Muslim families that don’t really understand Islam, because if the parents are confusing culture for religion, it can severely warp the children’s understanding of Islam. i feel so deeply grateful and thankful to Allah SWT that i was born in a truly Islamic family and learned to become a Muslim, i sometimes cry when i think of the story of Allah SWT telling the pen to write and how it wrote “Muslim” next to the names of the Muslims. i hope the people i mentioned in my story see the truth and become true Muslims, insha’Allah

I've learn about Islam, Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, Shinto, Confucianism, and Judaism. Of all these religions, Islam is the only religion that makes sense in the world. The only competitors that can match Islam (because they use logic) are Freethinker/Agnostic/Atheist but Islam can still defeat these beliefs. I was born a Muslim, but when I was a college student I began to doubt Islam (not because of Aisha's age, that's so easy to debunk), I even becoming an agnostic and a deist. Then I studied all the beliefs and concluded that Islam is the only truth. People who “leave” Islam, definitely only do so because of these 3 things: lying, emotional reasons, or because of ignorance.

There is no single verse in the Bible that directly states that God is three in one-Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
