@@sadamniazi2 Hi there! Mm well I don't know a loot about this process but mine was a Q&A just that, and on this phase I didn't record myself. I think that would be the next stage if I pass. In your case if that was on 2023, you need to talk directly to BA because I think you have been waiting for a long time period. I hope this helped! Still I think it all depends what country you are

I submitted application start of March, I’ve checked the status of my application and a few weeks ago the status was ‘virtual interview initiated’ and a few hours later it changed to ‘assessment in progress’. Would you know what stages this would be? I haven’t received any responses yet

Stand up and tell us What experience do you have in customer service which is relevant to this position ? Less than 1 minute. These were the 2 questions.

Hi, I’m so glad you found it helpful 💗 In my case they didn’t specify the background color for the photos(just make sure it’s not distracting). I was asked to provide 2 photos - one in casual and one in business attire. Both should be full length photos with a big smile 😃 Also, the group who made it to the final stage was asked to make new photos at the venue on the day. Yes, we fly as galley operators as well. Usually the galley operators are the most experienced crew members on this specific flight(from each cabin) so if you do join us you will become a galley operator as well at some point.

I believe it depends where your final interview is going to happen. I’ve heard from recently recruited candidates that the height test was done during their final face to face interview as well. In Abu Dhabi it’s gonna be checked during your medical assessment too.

Hi 😊 it is really hard to say. Some of my friends were hired this year and they are in their mid 30s but I believe it really depends if you have a related customer service experience/flying experience and how you present yourself during your interview. Hi ❤️ just try to be patient. As long as you haven’t received a clear rejection, you still have chances 🍀 and try not to stress too much if others received the next steps or not. It really doesn’t mean that much. There’s so many applications coming in, the process may take a bit longer (due to available slots at the training academy as well). Even in my case, some people from my assessment day didn’t receive the English test or acceptance letter till the few weeks after me, but we met on board as a crew weeks later ❤️🍀 best of luck!

When it comes to talking about a topic on the flash cards, are you sure we can say a funny story or relate it to something personal? Or should it be more of providing information that we know about plants or whatever

There are no specific instructions that you should follow, however i believe that it's better to show your personality ( ramaining professional at the same time) as that can determine if you are going to make it to the next stage. I have done the flashcards twice(two different recruitments). The first time I only talked about what was on the card, how it helps us or how we can use it(I think it was a laptop if i remmeber it correctly), I was rejected after this stage. The second time I tried to show them who i am during that stage and talked about a memory that comes to my mind when I see the picture. That time I was succesful. I can't guarantee the success for you, but If I was to do it again I would do the same as for the second time instead of plain facts about plants or whatever is in the photo. Hope it helps :)

Hi there, I’m good thank you 😊 sometimes it may take a while to get the invitation if there is no assessment days planned in the country you applied for. I wouldn’t worry too much about it as they are probably in the process of planning all the details(venue and timings). I believe it’s a stage that you self-record the answers to introductory questions. From what I’ve heard you have to answer questions: 1. Tell me about yourself, your height, previous experience. 2. Tell me about your customer service experience. My interview was a face to face conversation and not a digital assessment, however I’ve done one like that before and usually you have a limited time - around 1 min to answer each question. In the one I’ve done you could record your answers twice(redo each question once). Best of luck 🍀

I believe it means that you’ll be invited to the virtual interview/next step of the recruitment. I know the assessment process may be different depending on the country you are applying from, but based on that status I would expect an email with next stage information soon. There’s a lot of people being trained at the moment and a lot of ongoing interviews so therefore I believe it may take a bit longer for any response. Best of luck 🍀
