From what I have seen on KZbin videos of women crews piloting aircraft , they appear to be very professional and dedicated to their jobs and super proficient. . Probably more dedicated to do a good job as in a minority to maie pilots .. Of course many excellent male pilots too.. You should take a look at more videos on here showing excellent flight and landings featuring women pilots or mixed crews.

Great video, very informative. I like what F.O. Shareefa says about having passion for her career (2:17) because it's really the only way to be a pilot. It's very hard being a pilot and if you don't love it, it's impossible to be a great pilot. I would feel very safe flying with these incredible ladies.

You shouldn't really mention a pilots looks but it's difficult not to when they look like those two girls. (:-) Two very professional aviators who speak perfect English. I'm currently learning Indonesian Bahasa and I wish my Bahasa was as good as the pilots English. Another excellent video from JP.

La Capitan, tiene 24 años de experiencia y según cuenta cuatro tipo de aviones diferentes pero la primer oficial menuda escalada en 11 años y le dan plaza en el triple 777 y luego en el Dreamliner,,, joerrr yo tengo amigos con 25 años volando aviones desde las avionetas pasando por toda la saga Boeing y es ahora que lograron llegar al 787 con mas de 20 mil horas de vuelo.
