Etihad sucks..... Closed lounge in AUH Terminal 1, only 1 Employee in Servicedesk. Broken luggage 2 times. Seat in business without airsuply (hard as wood), 2 flight delays, less food and service in economy. Problems to claim miles after flights. Unqualified and unfriendly support on phone in the east-european callcenter. After 11 years and a just renewed gold-membership i am SO DONE with this company. Between April and July 2022 they did all to loose now one more good customer.

This is exactly what happened to me as well. I got an email saying they had changed my flight but actually they just cancelled it with no replacement for the last leg of my journey

It depends on the fare you booked it on, you can’t book 4 segments etc and not show up - so it would be your fault

We already got them to admit agent error and rebook a flight. They didn’t tell us we must be on that flight even though we called to cancel tons of times

I'd be very grumpy to. Hope Etihad sorts this out. Very bad customer service for a supposed top class airline. How can an airline change your ticket force you to fly +20 hours instead of only 1 hour. It's like false advertising. Did they actually have a direct flight to Rome? Very dissappointed in Etihad.
