It's never too late to learn. I find myself rather presumptuous to speak the Brit accent but I believe it to be a far more legitimate way of speaking English. Many educated Filipinos have bowed to american culture for decades and it will take ages and ages to UNDO the wrong things we learned. In my opinion, with the way americans speak nasally along with their avid use of slang and frequent disregard for basic grammar (esp. as seen in their movies), English has long ceased to be spoken in that country. Unfortunately, some Filipinos see it as a status symbol to emulate these errors. Thanks to you, Sir... we start anew in learning and unlearning. We are truly grateful ☺👍

Hi Elliott! Thanks for your awesome lesson, I love the pronunciation of the word 'only' 'go' etc. so much and I try my best to sound like a British native speaker 😂 when using this word every time I remember it, and actually it's a kind of difficult sound for a non native speaker :/ but doing lots of listening and pronunciation practices with you helps me so much to learn the accurate sounds! I ❤ your lessons, they are so encouraging, thanks again for your efforts!
