from purely taxation angle NPS is far better as it is EEE. Plus low charges. At the end you get 60% of amount tax free. 40% you put in annuity to get pension. But if you get a good MF you can beat NPS ? Choice is yours. If I had to invest and I had the chance I would prefer NPS.

​Nps is not good. It's not EEE as 40% of your investment is locked and it has to locked up with annuity plan. The monthly payout from annuity are taxable​And the way it's progessing with new pension scheme most government money will now flow out of nps making it a less attractive avenue and govt will definitely add tax on the 60% also in next few years. The returns of nps is also much lower than a plain large cap fund.@@brajeshsingh2391

नमस्ते जी हमने इस महीने से एसआईपी चालू किया है जो मेरा फंड का नाम इस तरह है (1) मोतीलाल मिड कॉप 2000 (2) मोतीलाल लार्ज एंड मिड कॉप 2000(३) एसबीआई स्मूल कॉप 2000 (४) एचडीएफसी फ्लैक्सी कॉप 2000 ,किया जो मने फंड लिया है ,उससे मेरा गोल 15 साल में 5000000 है ,किया पूरा हो सकता हैं , या मेरे फंड में कोई चेंजेस करनी कि जरुरत है ,
