Ajarn Suchart is the man who brought Muay Thai to Toronto - and arguably Canada - in the late 80s. His gym, Siam Nr. 1, has been the gold standard for Muay Thai gyms north of the US border. I've had the luck to be his student and to train with his Krus. He has created an authentic, old school Muay Thai environment at his gym that I really like. When he speaks to his students he says what he thinks and does not care whether you might get offended or not. He will teach you things for life, not just for the sake of the sport. I owe him a great deal.

Sir, can you give me an advice on how to have a proper form in Muay Thai, and properly punch and kick? I think Muay Thai is the ultimate fighting style in my opinion which can help in real life. I live in a rough place and I have mother and father to protect, in these area you just never know what will happen, when it will happen and how it will happen. I been watching your videos and imagining my enemies from movies from example: any face from it and punching them below ribs exactly in the middle, punch on the chin, kick on the stomach, side kick behind the middle of the legs, and proper knee and elbow defence which is what I learnt from your videos. So yes I need a proper advice and I want to ask if I can learn Muay Thai on my own because from my town there is a place where you can learn MMA but I don't trust it like Muay Thai plus 99% of the martials are scams and over here they only teach martial arts like Kalarippayattu and Musti Yuddha which has been in my opinion long lost it's potency because of britishers destroying it systematically during their rule, and I believe that MMA can't help me in real life, it's jack of all trades but mastery in none whilst Muay Thai seems like your defense is your offense which seems to deliver some fierce blows. Beside all this there are no Muay Thai gym in my area or master in my area so how should I learn it own my own?
