Hi Martin can you tel me what nozzle did you use to spray that hyper shift peals powder and also this same question what nozzle did you use to spray glow in the dark powder if I may ask. I want to mix both of them I have ZGA from DYC and glow powder which particle powder size is 25-35um and I wonder which nozzle would be good for that. One more questions if I may. I want to spray steel bike frame can I use Createx 4030 to mix those powders and than apply clear 2K or you have better intercoat for steel frame but suitable to mix pearls in to it? You’re commitment to your art is awesome. I was wondering about repainting or customizing a paint chipped 1999 Bianchi Celeste. The Celeste code for this bike and year doesn’t exist because they didn’t make records and the colors changed every year. I’m curious about the fake rusted look. There’s the purposely rusted patina (sandpaper, vinegar, salt and hydrogen peroxide) then clear coat option. Will this affect the integrity of the steel frame even if I clear coat it. Would it be preferable to create rust patina through paint than to wear out the steel of the bike frame?

I work for an abrasives manufacturer and have sandpaper at my disposal. You definitely want to take it to be sand/media blasted if it is an alloy frame. Only sand carbon fiber.
