I have a 12ft aluminum v-hull would 14 footer be a good choice. Reason I asked because aluminum boats were not mentioned.

Great video. You made it look very easy to set up. I was thinking of getting the harbor freight folding trailer for kayaks, but this looks more complete. Would you suggest putting shrink tubing around the wire connectors to the lights to help keep out contaminants?
